The location of this hotel was perfect for me, being just a short walk away from the private beach. Also, the staff members were really nice and always happy to help. I also appreciated the cleanliness of everything. Lastly, I loved the hotel's breakfast, which was simply amazing.

I don't understand for what this hotel get 3 stars..

The hotel location was convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and lacked variety. the hotel lacked common areas for socializing or relaxation. Despite free parking, the hotel lacked proper lighting in the parking garage.

Very clean apartment and quite roomy too, would be ideal for a family. Location is good - about 50 metres from the beach, the only downside is that its at the quiet end of Terracina, so bus is necessary to the city centre, otherwise its about a 30 minute walk - which is not a bad thing after eating so many pizzas in Italy!

Located close to the beach and offered clean bedsheets. The hotel also provided ample free parking which was great for our road trip during the Easter holidays. The breakfast was simple but satisfying with coffee, juice, cheese, bread, and cold cuts.

The hotel was old and in dire need of restorations. The furniture was outdated and the interior appeared to be decaying.

We had a whole apartment instead of just a room. The breakfast is good.

The air conditioning was controlled centraly and not in the room.

Very clean, huge and comfortable rooms (we had 2 rooms, one with fridge and cooker). Pleasent personel, 200 m from the beach

3 km from the center of town, boring breakfast (no warm meals), when You take a hotel room option (not residence) You have to pay 20 euro / day for a cooker if You want to cook something by yourself, but it was not a problem (we didn't came for holiday to cook). Out of hotel: expensive deckchairs and sun shade on the beach- 11 euro/day

The hotel had a decent location near the beach and free parking was provided. The bedsheets were clean and comfortable.

The interior was old and decaying with bad lighting, and a total restoration was needed. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and our room had not been cleaned properly.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Struck the size of the room. Very close to the beach. Sunbeds on the beach near the hotel are paid, but closer to the city center you can find a beach with free sun loungers) In the center is a beautiful fish cafe overlooking the sea, where you can eat delicious and inexpensive)

No restaurant or bar facilities, location to the town centre, buses not frequient enough to go to centre for dinner so limited to restaurants local to hotel. Hotel general condition in need of refurbishment not a true 4* rating.
